Benjamin Craig
Ben Craig is a Zero Emissions Technical Specialist at the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, where he leads the Technology Matrix modelling exercise comparing the range of future low emissions power and propulsion options for different vessel types.
He is also finishing a PhD in molecular modelling of advanced battery materials at the University of Southampton. His previous experience was as the lead gas turbine propulsion systems modeller at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (Dstl, part of Ministry of Defence), conducting thermodynamic engine assessments for real and conceptual fighter jets and other military aircraft.
